Visual systems that speak to every visitor

Is your signage ageing?

Does your visual identity still reflect who you are?

Do visitors know where to go, what they’re looking at, and why it matters?

These are the problems this work solves. A clear, well-designed visual system guides people through your space, educates without overwhelming, and gives your institution a language that holds together — across signage, print, and identity.

In over eight years of practice, this has included a complete visual communication transformation for Warsaw Zoo — one of Poland’s most historic zoological institutions. The scope covered 64 animal logotypes for the entire collection, educational boards, wayfinding and signage, a printed visitor guide now in its second edition, and a full suite of institutional materials. The brief was to modernise an ageing visual system while honouring the character of a historic site. The result is calm, not overstimulating — built around icons and symbols that work across ages and cultural backgrounds, and consistent throughout.

Further commissions include educational boards for the gorilla habitats at Mysore Zoo in India, and brand identity for animal-focused organisations including an alpaca farm and Oceanic Zoo Group, an animal consultancy.

If your visual communication isn’t working as hard as your facility, that’s worth fixing.
